5. Shipping Policy

Delivery Scope: We only support delivery within Australia. No international shipping to other countries is available.
Shipping Fees: Orders of 50 AUD or more (including 50 AUD) qualify for free shipping. For orders under 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery typically fluctuates between 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders that have exceeded 48 hours since placement or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; you may wait for delivery and then contact us for a return and refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Processing Time: Once the conditions for a refund are met, the funds will be returned to your bank card (Visa, MasterCard). Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. Please contact us if the refund is overdue.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are applicable within a 14-day window from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

Process: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the exchange or refund.
