Order Cancellation
At Basehomers (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we provide an online shopping experience for high-quality outdoor furniture. To ensure a smooth transaction, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations.
Order Cancellation Conditions

Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order directly if it has been less than 48 hours since the order was placed and the items have not yet been shipped.

After 48 Hours or After Shipment: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics provider to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation Process

Submit a Request: Please contact us via email at hello@basehomers.com or by phone at +1 (914) 707-1695 to apply for a cancellation. You must provide your order number and proof of payment (such as a bank statement or transaction confirmation).

Processing: We will process your application immediately. Once the cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.
Refund Instructions

Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not receive the funds after this period, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellation Confirmation
An order is only considered successfully canceled once you have received a formal cancellation confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 business hours of your request, please contact us again to verify the status of your request.
Address Accuracy and Modifications
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Since we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy rather than a standard cancellation.
Refusal of Delivery
If an order has already been shipped and you refuse to accept the delivery from the courier, this will not be treated as a standard cancellation. Any costs associated with the return shipping or storage due to refusal of delivery may be deducted from your final refund amount.
