Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Process

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
You need to send the product back to the specified return address and wait for us to receive it.

Exchange Process

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.
You need to send the product back to our specified return address and wait for us to receive it.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If the inspection is successful, we will process the exchange within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new product is 5-8 business days. For more information on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically take 1-5 business days to appear in your account. If you do not receive it within this timeframe, please contact us.
Shipping Fees
For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality defects, odors, serious color differences, or incorrect items, we will bear the shipping costs.
For change of mind (no-reason returns), the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
