Shipping Scope
We currently only provides shipping services within the territory of Australia. We do not support shipping to countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders with a total value of AUD 50.00 or more (including AUD 50.00). For orders with a total value of less than AUD 50.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will be applied.

Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes and related charges are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional fees beyond the final price shown at checkout.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) daily (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Order Processing Time
The processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping Duration
Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your specific location within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
We cooperate with reliable logistics partners to ensure your products arrive safely, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment invoice, and the assigned logistics carrier. You can visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to check the real-time status of your delivery.

Liability Statement

Receipt Instructions
When receiving your outdoor dining tables, coffee tables, or storage boxes, please carefully inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage. If the packaging is significantly damaged, you may refuse the package or take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. Please ensure that the item count matches your order before signing.

Failed Delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package because no one is available to receive it, they may leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection at a local depot. If the package is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs for redelivery may apply.

Delivery Delays
While we and our carriers strive to meet the estimated transit times, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
